7. BRAHMA'S LIFE
The kalpas are said to alternate between "days of Brahma" and "nights
of Brahma". During the night of Brahma all sentient creatures meet their
Maker. But after one hundred 360 day years of days and nights of Brahma,
even the matter in the solar system, which has served as the "body" of
Brahma, is resolved into chaos. Finally, after an interval of time equal
to his life, Brahma and the solar system are again reborn.
